Dittmar Co. (Dittmar) is planning to undertake the construction of a mixed-use complex in Fairfax County, Virginia, the US.

The project involves the construction of a 92,903m2 mixed-use facility comprising four buildings on 2ha of land and will be developed in phases.

The project includes the construction of two 31-story residential towers. It includes the construction of 1,310 apartments, a hotel with 150 to 300 rooms and a building on top of the 2,267 space parking garage, commercial facility and 2,276m2 of retail space and the installation of elevators, safety and security systems.

The first phase includes the construction of a 31-story tower comprising 550 apartments and 1,207m2 of retail space.

MTFA Architecture has been appointed as architect and Land Design as landscape architect and Rappaport Management Company, Inc as lead consultant.

On October 23, 2014, Fairfax County Planning Commission recommended for the approval.

On November 18, 2014, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors approved the project.
Scope

The project involves the construction of a 92,903m2 mixed-use facility on 2ha of land in Tysons, Virginia, the US.

The US$600 million project includes the following:
